Our expectation is that if a customer uses an abrasive and they stick to the process that they explain to us from the outset of the job to remove a coating, to remove a surface texture, to create a peen, we can understand the waste and the contaminants coming through that material. It's then our job to try and support the customer in managing that waste and finding an alternative route to landfill.
How can the customer contribute towards this? To ensure that the material is as per the process, that there's no general waste being added to the product at the back end, and this allows us to then support them with a recycling route.
