Q: What do you do at SurfacePrep?
I am a field based service engineer, I visit customer sites to service their blasting equipment or to fix any issues they may be experiencing. It’s a hands-on role—lots of fault-finding, repairs, and making sure the kit’s running safely and efficiently so they can crack on with their work.

Q: What’s one job or moment that made you proud?
Making the move from the office to being out in the field as an engineer is something I’m genuinely proud of. There’s a real sense of satisfaction in being able to turn up, figure out what’s gone wrong, and get things working again.
Q: What advice would you give customers?
My advice for customers would be "if in doubt give us a shout!” I am always available to answer any questions they have or to offer any advice which could help them in the long run and prevent future issues.
Q: What do you do when you’re not at work?
When I’m not working I’m spending time with my family which includes my 2 dogs. Also like my football and big in to gaming when i have time.

Q: What customers say about you?
I’ve had some great feedback from customers—many have asked if I can be their regular engineer going forward, which is a real compliment to the work I’ve done. Over time, I’ve built strong relationships through site visits, and I’d like to think that if they ever need anything, they know I’m always happy to help.
